Compulsory Digital Submission of Financial Statements and Reports (“FSR”) under MBRS 2.0
- On 26 November 2024, Companies Commission of Malaysia (“SSM”) announced the mandatory implementation of the Malaysian Business Reporting System 2.0 (“MBRS 2.0”) in stages.
- All the companies including foreign companies registered in Malaysia must prepare and submit their FSR digitally to SSM in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format under MBRS 2.0 with effect from 1 June 2025 under Phase 3.

Compliance Action
- To send employee(s) of the Company to attend MBRS training for preparing and generating the FSR in XBRL format internally. Thereafter, forward the XBRL file to the Company Secretary for submission via MBRS. Alternatively, to contact us for the said service.
